Discgolf – the course with the disc

Disc golf, often colloquially referred to as ‘Frisbee’, is played on the Gurten on a course with 12 baskets. The aim is to throw the disc through the course and into the basket in as few throws as possible. The yellow chain baskets, which are colourfully scattered across the Gurten meadow, are designed for this sporting activity. A course map will guide you through the course and park. Test your skills at disc golf. How few throws will it take you to complete the course?

Objective of the game: To throw the disc from the tee into the basket with as few throws as possible. All players take their first throw from the tee. After that, it is the turn of the person whose disc golf disc is furthest away from the basket. The disc must ultimately land in the basket. The number of throws is recorded on the scorecard. At the end of the course, the person with the fewest throws wins.
