Gurten funicular maintenance

Annual maintenance work on the Gurten funicular will take place from Sunday, October 20, to Thursday, October 24, 2024. During this period, the Gurten funicular will only operate until 6:15 p.m. There will be no replacement service by bus in the evening. Gurtners restaurant will close at 5 p.m. and the Tapis Rouge at 6 p.m. Normal service will resume on Friday, October 25.
