The children's ski lift and the toboggan run will remain closed this winter season 2023/24 due to the Gurtenbahn renovation. Sledges and skis can therefore not be hired.

Children’s ski lift on Bern’s local mountain

In winter, the Gurten – Park im Grünen offers numerous possibilities to have fun. If there is enough snow cover, the children’s ski lift is open every day. Skis, poles and boots can be rented conveniently on site. The ski area is ideal for learning to ski at a young age.

Sat. & Sun.:	11 a.m.–5 p.m.*

* Operation is dependent on the snow cover. You can check if the children’s ski lift is open using the symbol in the website menu.
