On Valentine’s Day, Gurtners’ popular Sunday Brunch becomes a special indulgent brunch for two. From 11.30 am to 4.00 pm, there is plenty of time to enjoy, raise a glass and spend quality time together high above the rooftops of Bern.

The Valentine’s Day Brunch begins with a glass of Bollinger Champagne. This is followed by the full variety of Gurtners’ brunch, featuring a delicious selection of hot and cold dishes. Freshly carved roast beef and other warm lunch dishes gradually turn a leisurely breakfast into an indulgent lunch.

Valentine’s Day also calls for something sweet: macarons, chocolate-covered fruits and lovingly crafted creations from the pastry kitchen await at the dessert buffet. A sorbet to share provides the perfect finish.

And because Valentine’s Day would not be complete without a little gesture of affection, every couple receives a rose to take home.
