Brunch in the park – romantic at the Ostsignal or lively at the playground

Discover the convenient brunch to go on the Gurten meadow! Our fresh breakfast items are conveniently packed in a bag so you can enjoy your brunch wherever you like best. Whether with the family next to the playground or as a couple at the Ostsignal with a view of the snow-covered Alps—brunch to go gives you the freedom to choose where you want to have breakfast. Take advantage of our easy pick-up service and look forward to a varied brunch at your favorite spot.
Simply order your brunch to go online by 12:00 noon two days in advance and pick it up on Sunday between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. at our pick-up locations on the Gurten. In case of bad weather, you can easily cancel your order by 12:00 noon two days in advance.

Bread & More

2 small rolls (multigrain and Silserli), 1 croissant, selection of 3 types of cheese, meat platter with homemade sausage, Landjäger sausage, Bündnerfleisch and raw bacon, 2 slices of smoked salmon, 2 portions of jam (strawberry-rhubarb jam & quince jelly), 2 portions of butter

Hot

Half a rösti with 3 slices of bacon and 3 cipollata sausages (vegetarian alternative: rösti with omelet)

Dessert

1 portion of fruit salad, 1 meringue with double cream and Nidletäfeli chocolate

Drinks

Coffee incl. free refill, orange juice (1.25 dl), spritzer (5 dl)

Children's package

Hot chocolate or Ovomaltine, 1 roll, 1 portion of Ovo Crunch, 1 rösti corner with 2 cipollata sausages, 1 portion of fruit salad

Prosecco Casa Blanco 37.5cl in a small glass bottle 16.–

Our brunches are also suitable for guests with food intolerances. Please let us know your requirements in advance so that we can make the necessary preparations for your order.
