In «Klassengastro», students from certain schools in the area cook and serve a 4-course meal at Gurtners Restaurant.  The young people take over the responsibility for one evening with the support of the vocational trainers of the restaurant. The menu is prepared by young people, as well as the evening service is carried out by the class.
The aim of the project is to give young people in the process of choosing a career a literal understanding of the apprenticeships as restaurant specialists and cooks. The young people are given the opportunity to get to know the versatile gastronomy professions in practice.
