Garden tour

The Gurten garden is a natural gem and a diverse organic garden full of colorful life.
Discover the fascination, dynamism, and complexity of a natural garden on tours with the Bioterra garden manager. Immerse yourself in a moving and surprising world that appeals to all the senses. Learn how aesthetics can be combined with practicality in the garden, what strengthens plants, how important healthy soil is, and how a natural system works in cycles.
There will be time to observe and pause together. Are you interested in discovering the traces of the seasons in the garden with us?
The content is seasonal and depends on the current conditions of nature in the Gurten garden and the surrounding green spaces.

 

Gärtli Tavolata at Restaurant Gurtners

Experience the Gurten garden through the culinary delights of the Gurtner family. The creative chefs are inspired by the fresh harvest from the garden and conjure up delicious dishes. These are served as a tavolata at Gurtner's kitchen table. Places for the Gärtli-Tavolata are limited to ten participants. Due to the harvest, the dishes are mainly vegetarian. However, the kitchen also has the freedom to serve dishes with meat. If you do not eat meat, please indicate this in the comments section when ordering your ticket.

The poetic garden tours are supported by The Culture Percentage of Migros Aare and Bioterra and carried out in collaboration with Bioterra.
