Stargazing on the Gurten

Four to six astronomy evenings are held on the Gurten each year. Each of these evenings is dedicated to a specific astronomy topic related to current events.

Through clear explanations, participants learn about the impressive features of the solar system and the universe. Professionals from the Astroevents association explain astronomical concepts using easy-to-understand models.In the practical part, interesting facts about the constellations are conveyed and the stars and planets can be observed through several professional telescopes.

The astronomy evenings are held in cooperation with Astroevents.
