The brunch to go includes fresh breakfast ingredients in sustainable packaging made from natural FSC cardboard and R-PET, so that you can enjoy your brunch wherever it suits you best. Make use of the convenient collection and look forward to a rich and varied brunch either outside on the meadow or at home in your cozy dining room.

Coffee including free refills (only for brunch to go with pick-up on the Gurten), orange juice, homemade kombucha, Bernese braided bread with butter, two croissants, fruit salad, smoked salmon on pumpernickel, selection of cheeses, small cold cuts and dried meat platter with dried meat from Highland-Gurten, (vegetarian alternative: antipasti), butter, strawberry-rhubarb jam and quince jelly, vegetables with hummus dip, organic Birchermüesli, rösti with bacon and chipolatas (vegetarian alternative: rösti with omelet), Emmental meringues with double cream, homemade Nidletäfeli caramels

You can order brunch to go online until 4 p.m. Saturday and collect it on Sunday at the Bahnhöfli take-away stand*.

* In the event of bad weather, the brunch to go can be picked up at the Gurten funicular valley station.
