August 1st Brunch at Gurtners

The Gurtner family loves Swiss cuisine and what better date to celebrate this than on August 1. And what do Mr. and Mrs. Swiss do on the national holiday? Of course, they go to brunch and feast on rösti, bacon, fried eggs and the exquisite Swiss cheese specialties - very Swiss. Start the day with a glass of champagne, help yourself to the delicacies at the à discrétion kitchen table, stroll over the guaranteed fireworks-free Bernese Hausberg after the main course and finish your brunch with a dessert from our patisserie. The view of the Federal Palace rounds off the day of the Helvetic Confederation.
