The Tapis Rouge self-service restaurant offers a charming, simple and relaxed way of composing your own meal in the form of a generous buffet. You can enjoy a true feast here while enjoying the best view over the City of Bern – both inside and outside on the large terrace.

Seasonal warm and cold buffet as well as a rich and varied dessert buffet
Including drinks (mineral water, wine and coffee)
CHF 59 per person
Can be booked from Monday to Saturday evening (from 7 p.m.)
For 50 to 200 people
Additional option: tables with white tablecloths: CHF 5 per person.

No room rent charged, but a minimum sales revenue of CHF 3,000*

* In the event of a lower sales revenue, the difference will be charged as room rent.

The Tapis Rouge restaurant can only be reserved for evenings from 7 p.m.

No, the Gurten – Park im Grünen has exclusive catering rights on the Gurten. External caterers cannot be brought in.

Yes, we can create a package for you including food and beverages, a supporting program and tickets for the Gurten funicular and parking.
