42nd Gurtenfestival – Music and culture on Bern's local mountain

The 42nd Gurtenfestival will take place from July 16 to 19, 2025. Once again, the Gurten will be the backdrop for a diverse music and cultural program. International stars, regional artists, and a unique atmosphere characterize the festival. With its special atmosphere and view over Bern, the Gurtenfestival remains a highlight of the summer.

Due to the setting up and dismantling of the festival, restrictions are to be expected in the Gurten Park from June until around the beginning of August.

Due to the setting up and dismantling of the Gurtenfestivals, some of the barbecue areas will be inaccessible.

The easiest way to find us. There are parking spaces right next to the Gurtenbahn funicular valley station.
